We have several physical locations and are based in southern Louisiana, USA.

Some items can ship from our stock or vendor stock and some items are exclusive to our stock or to vendor stock. We use the most efficient available option for each order, but the actual shipping location can vary depending on the nature of the order, the type of product ordered, the destination, etc.

Our primary domestic carrier for packages is currently UPS and their shipping options are available during checkout. Motor Freight carrier selection can vary depending on the product, shipping location, and destination.

Often, orders requiring Motor Freight qualify for Free Shipping, but not always. If your order qualifies for free shipping, simply select this as your shipping option during checkout. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we may need to contact you to discuss this and its related costs.

We understand there are times when USPS may seem like a viable shipping option but USPS is not a common carrier for us so we may or may not be able to accommodate requests for this service without some discussion and possible delay in doing so.

Most orders ship the same or next business day. We do everything we can to ship orders the same day they are placed, depending on the time of day an order is placed, workload, any special assembly, handling, or packing requirements, etc. Orders placed after hours or on weekends or holidays will ship the next possible business day.

The shipping method for expedited orders determines how the order will ship once ready. Selecting expedited shipping alone does not guarantee the order will ship the same day. Expedited shipments may or may not be delayed due to the same factors as standard shipments. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns prior to placing and order.

Once shipped, transit time for standard domestic Ground shipments is typically 1 to 4 business days, depending on the type of destination and its distance from the shipping point. Transit time for Motor Freight shipments is typically 1-2 business days. Transit times for expedited orders is determined by the shipping method selected, subject to the respective carrier’s terms & conditions.

Most orders under 70 lb. ship via UPS. Most orders over 70 lb. ship via Motor Freight. But there are times when product under 70 lb. best ships via Motor Freight to avoid potential damage in transit.

By default, Motor Freight is based on delivery to reasonable, accessible, commercial locations with a lift truck for unloading. Delivery to remote / rural destinations and / or with inside delivery or lift gate requirements are often possible but typically require additional handling and may have additional charges. Motor Freight shipments may also be requested to be held at carrier dock for you to pick up. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or requests.

Free Shipping is available for select product / orders once a minimum order value has been reached. This is typically indicated on individual product pages and at the top of every page as you shop.

Free Shipping is applicable to standard shipments to commercial locations in the contiguous USA. This can also apply to residential shipments but some orders only ship via Motor Freight and Motor Freight is not always available to residential locations and when it is, there are typically additional charges. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

We attempt to price all of our product fairly and competitively but are open to comments about pricing and reasonable price match requests. This normally excludes pricing errors, special sales or promotions, liquidations, pricing on auction and membership club sites, etc., but we are open to review and discuss any reasonable request.

We welcome every opportunity for cooperation and attempt to competitively price all of our product, but are always open to discounting volume orders and those made by resellers, repair facilities, national accounts, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquires or special requests.

We have a special, personal respect for all those who are currently serving or who have served and retired as U.S. military or law enforcement personnel. Online, we currently accept most major credit cards and PayPal.

We also accept payments via Check, ACH Deposit, and Wire Transfer, especially for larger value orders, and release shipments for these orders once your payment has been cleared.

We only currently collect sales tax for purchases made and shipped within the State of Louisiana. This does not mean that you will not owe taxes on your purchase, but this is the only time we currently collect them. See the shipping internationally question also.

Your payment and personal information are always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card information, name, address, etc. so that it cannot be read over the internet.

We do ship worldwide and can do this using our carrier / forwarder on a prepaid and add basis, or work with you and your carrier / forwarder. Please simply contact us with your details so we can review and discuss.

Please note that all lead times mentioned here are with regards to domestic shipping. There can be at least a 1 to 2 business day delay to make shipments ready for international dispatch.

Please also note that international shipping arrangements and charges are CIF only and do not include any clearance, importation, duties, taxes, or other fees required by your local authorities. You will have to satisfy these charges in order to effect final delivery to the destination.

Free Shipping is applicable to standard shipments to destinations inside of the contiguous USA only. We will do what we can to assist with rates for international shipping, but free shipping does not apply.

We typically execute orders almost immediately. You are able to change or cancel your order if we are able to do so prior to your order being processed. But, once your order is in process, it is most often difficult to impossible to edit or cancel them.

Customer Satisfaction is a priority for us and although we do everything possible prior to sale to avoid problems following, we understand that there will be times when returns are necessary or desired.

Unless otherwise stated in a respected advertisement, we generally accept returns provided they are made using an "RMA" (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by us. "RMA's" are used to authorize returns, control the flow of material and documentation, and enable us to process credits, refunds, and replacements in as efficient a manner as possible. As a result, we are not able to accept returns made without an "RMA".

Depending on the nature and/or reason of a return, restocking and/or other charges may apply. And some product such as open kits, electical items, items that have been installed, etc., are not returnable at all unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part.
